DU Women who exercise: Can you recommend a good sports bra?
Especially for the well-endowed? I've never had good luck with them.

Thanks! :hi:

1. Believe it or not Target has one marketed in the brand name C9 that is really good.

My 38DDs are well holstered in it.

On edit, the bra I mentioned has separate cups. The other sports bras mash them together into a uniboob too much. It is very supportive and is excellent at controlling the jiggle factor.

A taillight might be a good idea, too.

15. Where can you GET one of those bras? In a size 42DDD?
I'd love to get my hooks on my own personal headlights--as long as they work!

19. You'll have difficulty finding replacement batteries
42DDD is a very odd size battery, but I imagine it would be extremely bright, especially with highbeams on.

it's billed as "motionless"

They mean it.

I can't even slouch in mine.

13. I second Enell.
They're comfortable, and they keep everything in place. :)

8. Glamorcise which is available (and often half off) at Penney's.
Lots of support, especially in the back. They also carry Champion, as mentioned above, and almost always have a sale.

They're rated on bounce factor, even, by real people. :)

10. That's what I was going to suggest
They seem to listen to what women are "really" looking for - like maybe the folks who design the bras have actually worked out once or twice in their life.

11. Make sure it's big enough in the ribs.
Measure under your boobs with a tape measure and make sure you get a bra that's big enough in the ribs (the band size).

That's the usual women most women say their bras don't fit -- because they are not big enough around.

14. I like Champion
You can get them at Target too. As one who is also well endowed, I recommend the pullover; it's much easier to put on and take off.

18. You mean like Double D's (or Double DANG!)
No, I'm afraid I wither by comparison, although I always thought I had big boobs. Usually if I want that kind of support, anything from Target or K-mart will do- something thick and sturdy- but while I'm on the subject of Over-the-shoulder-boulder holders! HEEHEE...the absolute most comfortaBLE BRA IN THE WORLD IS A BRAND CALLED "BARELY THERE". It is a sports bra style- but ... you'd still flop around, UNLESS you got that kind in a smaller size-that might work!! Really those bras are so comfortable that all other bras are torture to wear. That brand is available at least at Koh'ls! GOOD LUCK!

20. I've tried Champion, Enell and Target brands (38DD here)
You need to try them on as weird as that sounds. Some of them have long straps that even with the best lycra holding your boobage in the world, they just allow too much saggage, some of them have a LOT of elastic around the ribs - it's just uncomfortable. You have to find the brand that works for you in my experience.

I like Enell but they're expensive! I can't say anything about longevity since I trash bras regularly - I put on a clean one daily (I sweat a lot) and use bleach liberally when I wash them since they're so rank when they get washed. Bleach just destroys them (but makes them look so lovely clean and white and fresh!)
