Any Motorhead fans in the lounge? Seen "Eat the Rich"?
Have you EVER seen the movie "Eat the Rich" (1987)? Lemmy is a GAWD in it along with the fact that the entire soundtrack is by MOTORHEAD! All of it, the whole thing.

Who else, and I mean semi-famous people, is in this practically unknown gem?

Robbie Coltrane (ever seen a Harry Potter movie? HAGRID!)
Dawn French (She's funnier than you are)
Lemmy (already mentioned)
Rik Mayall (The Young Ones)
Paul McCartney (Duh)
Miranda Richardson (Yeah THAT Miranda Richardson)
Jennifer Saunders (Absolutely Fabulous and Dawn Frenchs' comedy mate)

It's a flippin' hoot! And yes the hero/heroine is a blue collar marxist revolutionary.....and a waiter...and over the top flamboyant.

Netflix has it on "watch in now".

2. I love Motorhead. I met Lemmy once.
I never heard of the movie. I'll have to check it out.

3. Barely even remember it it's been so long.
The Young Ones was (and still is) one of my favorite shows, so Rik Mayall and French and Saunders (both did guest appearances in the show, as did Coltrane, and Saunders is married to Ade Edmondson) being in it made me want to see it. And Miranda was in Blackadder, one of my other favorite shows. Motorhead was just the icing on the cake. :)
