what is a good "possibly freeware" software for website design

WYSIWYG editors mean "What You See Is What You Get". That is best if you don't know html code.

Registration, hosting, full wysiwyg set up, e-mail server is very good, lots of bandwidth allowance. Very easy to use for someone without coding experience.
