10. It was weird. Last night, Simon Cowell and I had exactly the same opinion every single time...

until the last song of the night, when that dude sang "Love Me Tender." I mean, it was powerfully bad. Perhaps the most maudlin, overly sentimental, steaming pile of horseshit I've ever been forced to cram in my ears. And up until very recently, I was a professional music critic. I've heard A LOT of shit. And yet Cowell just drooled all over it. I was shocked. But then, I didn't spend a whole lot of time dwelling on it, as I turned back to MSNBC to watch the numbers keep coming in.
