If you posted a thread in the wrong forum during Defcon3, and the thread got moved

How would you find it? Assuming that it wasn't obvious Lounge-fodder, or the like?

Well, when a thread is moved, the outline of it still remains where you posted it!

And it says inside that the thread has been moved, and it tells you where...

Given the huge volume of traffic, a locked-and-moved thread will quickly sink and be difficult to find, considering the absence of the Search function at that time.

Worse, if you've posted to a thread without knowing who posted the OP, you might never find it!

and find anything that you posted?
