I got the thing mailed some time (years?) ago.

The German Teletubbies end with "Zeit für Teletubby Winke, Winke" (Time for wavy, wavy) (I have small cousins ;-)). So "kille, kille" is a pretty obvious variation.



Edit: the voice says "Wo sind die Teletubbies hin?" = "Where did the Tubbies go? "
