And it's still over 75 degrees inside my house... No breeze at all... Everything's open... We'll leave some of the less vulnerable windows open tonight so hopefully things will cool off... Feels like summer already... Just some random musings... It's too hot for sleeping now... :hi:

1. Don't even get me started
Inland it is worse. It is still in the 80s in the house, with the windows open and the fans on. I am still not turning the AC on though.

3. Ah, I thought it might be worse for you...
We did run the A/C today... And it helps a lot... We set it at 77, but the less humid air feels so good! However, our electricity bill sucks... Sorry it's so hot for you... It's supposed to cool off on Monday...

Lucky you, with that breeze! Only a tiny breeze here... Not enough to cool the house yet... We have the Santa Ana winds blowing now, and that brings the heat! They're supposed to decrease on Monday... :hi:

5. Ah yes, those Santa Ana winds...
all of my male relatives, back to my grandfather, were firefighters, either CDF or NFS. Late in the summer those winds brought trouble. Thanks for the compliment on my rose picture...I hope you are feeling better.

7. Yes, the Santa Ana winds are trouble!
Not now, so much... But in the fall, or before the winter rains start... They really dry the brush out... You're welcome about the rose pic! I'm feeling good tonight, thanks...

Ah, lucky you! I don't mind the heat if it cools off at night! We used to live in a desert climate, and that's how it was... Much easier to tolerate than this! :hi:

It rained for two days straight, until it started snowing last night. It cleared up finally a few hours ago. It was 75 and very sunny this time last week.

30 degrees? Now that's just horrifying! Your spring is certainly variable! I'm sorry, sweetie... Hope your weather settles down and becomes lovely very soon...
