4. Lots of things.
A great guy.

A hero.

A friend of the working class.

A man who cares about his country or puts his country above himself.

I could go on.

16. I like the guy
but I'm wary of him, put the shoe on the other foot - if there was a hugely rich bloke who put a wad of cash into getting democrats turfed out we'd probably call it a mis-use and even anti-democratic...obviously we live in a world where Rupert Murdoch does this regularly so it's easier to accept George's money, "they've got plenty of rich mates why shouldn't we" but still the infection of politics with cash is still a bit off putting for me.

5. I call a Democrat who is rich a Democrat
WTF?

We are a party of all the people, not just the poor, not just the middle of the income spectrum, not the wealthy: Everyone is welcome who puts people before the state and people before commercial interests.

That's how I see it.

6. Enlightened?
Probably someone who can extend their thoughts and concerns beyond the "self." In a lot of cases, someone who was born of modest means and worked their way to the top on merit.

13. A rare bird.
There are some wealthy Democrats on the two coasts, and here and there elsewhere, but the big-money folks are by and large GOP.

It would depend on the content of his character, but I would call someone like Soros a friend.
