And I have tried and tried and tried and tried and tried and tried and tried and tried. Not one of the ones I have longed for has even so much as stifled their laughter at my pleas for just a little tiny chance. I'm so hurt and degraded by their extreme rejection of me. Why must I be so unlikable? What did I do in a past life to deserve so much rejection in this life? :cry:

Just for the record, one straight DU lady I flirted with, actually sent me a nice PM and thanked me for the compliments and the nice thoughts I posted for her. That meant the world to me. I won't name her so as to not embarrass her publicly, but I thank her for being so kind and merciful. It really did mean a lot to me. I felt like a not-so-unlikable human being again when I read her PM that morning.

Other than that one nice experience, women (gay, bi, AND straight) tend to absolutely despise me with every fabric of their being. I don't know why I cause such a gag reflex, but I do. My one prayer is: God, I hope there is a such thing as reincarnation. I'm hopeless in this life.

But if a gay man tries to switch a straight man, that is considered "disgusting" (by many straights) or considered "putting one over" (by many gay men) on the straight guy. This scenario can even become violent.

If a straight man tries to "switch" a lesbian, that is considered "disgusting" (by many lesbians) or at least very tacky.

To me, the entire idea of trying to get someone to hook up outside of their "declared" orientation is very tacky and a bit obnoxious.
