Me: salad, succotash, manicotti and beef stroganof (no wonder I cant lose weight)

(made with Matcom's suggestion of marinating it in apricot preserves -- wonderful!), twice-baked potatoes and glazed carrots.

3. turkey, dressing, yams, macaroni and cheese, greens and apple pie

I felt like eating Thanksgiving dinner so I cooked a scaled down version.

4. Going to do a German dinner tonight.

Not sure why, just craved it. Bismarck herring, red cabbage, potato dumplings and marble rye bread to go with the dark beer.
