sometimes in a situation like that, adrenaline just kicks in... or it did for me on at least one occasion.

I will tell you, tho, as someone who used to manage the vault of a large bank in a large city... which means I used to toss around "bricks" of millions of dollars every day...

banks always tell employees not to be heroes. they have insurance to cover their losses. they don't want their employees to get hurt or worse cause lives are worth more than money.
