My expereience: Anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks.

3. you said a letter, a parcel is totally different!
when I used to eBay a lot and send parcels to Canada it could take 3-4 weeks sometimes. coming FROM Canada, I'd say 10-14 days

The postal workers in Texas have to translate the address into British first... Could take months.

6. Anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks. If it has to clear
customs, more like 2 weeks.
