5. Playing the Rays helps

Have they played the BoSox or Yanks yet? I predict as soon as they play those teams..straight to thrird place in the AL East..where they normally roost....:P

6. Have you seen the Rays this year?

A lot of their young talent has matured. They did enough to split with the Yanks.

I'd love to see an AL East where the O's and Rays are battling it out for first, while the Yanks and Sox are languishing in the bottom. Unlikely, but it would be great to see.

Just got a split, that's all. The Rays are a much better team, and will be competitive this year. They split a series with the Yankees in NY, and got a split in Baltimore.

Let's talk in a few months. The DRays will finish ahead of Baltimore this year.

The Rays are not a bad ballclub. The lineup has some good young talent, and kazmir and Shields provide a good 1-2 in the rotation.
