So I Get A Call From Someone In Tennessee Asking Me Why I
texted them to call me?

:wtf:

I didn't text anyone in Tennessee, I don't even have anyone on my contact list in Tennessee to have gotten crossed over with somehow, so it explains why the person I texted asking them to call didn't call, but how my text ended up in Tennessee I'll never know. Glad it just said to call me

:scared:

anyone ever had a text end up somewhere they didn't send it, or have an idea why that would happen?

1. I don't think I have had a text go the wrong place...
I have had quite a few texts sent to ME by mistake. One was threatening to call the cops on me. My cell has a Minnesota area code even though I am in CA. The text was from an Minnesota area code...telling me the cops would be waiting for me when I got home.

6. I had a similar thing happen once
AS some of you know, I went to school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor Michigan.

Anyway, my cell had a Michigan area code, so there I am, home for the summer in Minnesota and the phone rings, I look at it and notice a michigan number, so I answered it. The caller asked for jerome... I don't know a jerome, i told him this and he didn't believe me.

The caller was very, very upset and threatened to come over there and kick my ass if I didn't tell him where "jerome" was. I said, ok, and hung up...

8. As I was lying in bed this morning, my phone made the sound that tells me
Edited on Mon Mar-31-08 08:11 PM by mycritters2
that I just got a voice message. Didn't ring, just the voice message tone. So, I listen to the voice message. It says "It's Judy. I won't be in today because I have the flu." My caller ID doesn't list the number this call came from, and Judy left no call-back number.

So, all day, I've been worrying that Judy might lose her job because they think she blew off work today. And it's the Cub's home opener, so Judy's boss may be skeptical anyway. (Truth be told, Judy didn't sound sick to me :) )

Ain't technology funny?!

9. LOL...
Sure...I'm sure you're creepy like that with everyone in Tennessee. And why does someone text someone else to call them? I mean, can't you just call someone and leave a voicemail if it's necessary? I mean, jesus.
