I'm single, got a few ... uhhhhh ... 'male friends' to spend time with if the urge strikes me ... and when it doesn't strike me, I answer to myself, my job, my dog, and Spirit. Simple is good.

Life works well that way.

Even though I'm not currently in this group.. I've been there... hope I'm not stepping out of line by hitting up this thread...

Just want to wish a heartfelt Happy Valentines Day to all those who don't currently have a "valentine"...

My girlfriend made a real nice dinner and we invited over two of her single female friends to try and spread the love a little...

You don't need an official significant other to know that people care about you. O8)

the best Valentine friend a Mom can have. I have an 11-year old son who sometimes is the biggest pain in the butt I've ever seen, but I love him more than anything, and I am sooooo happy and grateful to be spending the night with him.

But to all of you who feel lonely and left out tonight, I wish you Happy Valentine's Day. Remember, if you can't be happy with and by yourself, you can't be happy with another person either. And anyway, by this time next year you'll probably have found someone to spend the day with and you'll look back at this Valentine's Day and realize that it was just a temporary thing, life goes on, things change, and life is only what we make of it. There are much bigger things in this world to worry about. That's why we're all here.

This has been the most miserable day I've had in a very long time. Seriously, I went out to eat with the fam and almost broke down and cried right there in the restaurant. But I'm much stronger than that. I've gone through 2 much shit in my life to let a little lonely depression get to me
