I just ate chicken korma at an Indian restaurant.
And I hope this four-alarm blaze in my mouth dies down before I go on the air at 9:00 tonight! :nuke:

4. You should have eaten Ice Cream.

It doesn't do a damn thing for your mouth fire, but when it comes out, you can sit there and yell "C'mon, Ice Cream!!!". ;-)

Man! Chicke Korma is MILD. You want a real experience, try a madras, a Vindaloo or if you are really feeling froggy, an Afghani Phal.

5. Good call
I love Indian food. My wife and I had Japanese. It was nice. We lived in Japan for 4 years, so we had all kinds of nostalgia goin' on.

8. But did you like it?
Every time we like a dish at a restaurant I'll try to make it at home. First a trip to the bookstore, cookery section. I make dishes less hot, or leave out or substitute ingredients we don't like (I don't like cardamom and will not use ghee, my husband hates olives, etc). Now our diet is international. Next time you go to an Indian restaurant, try a pork vindaloo or a chicken tikka.

11. You ate a chicken's karma? Is that a good thing?
How much karma does a chicken has anyway? Did it taste like chicken?

;-)

12. LOL! I had Indian food tonight too.
Heck, we might have been at the same place at different times. I went to Ambassador in Glastonbury and had lamb vindaloo. It was spicy, but not enough for me. I think they went easy on me thinking I was a lightweight.

(Just got home and was supposed to be romantic, but had kid problems, so here I am again.)
