There was a nice knot just above my ankle this morning, and it was still hurting like a sumbitch. I have had problems with my ankles before, so I had this great ankle brace on hand that the VA Hospital had given me. I strapped it on as tightly as possible and didn't do a lot of walking today, and now that I've taken it off I find that although there's still pain I can walk without difficulty. The knot is gone too.

I'm VERY glad- how can I walk my sister's puppy if I'm wearing a cast???

We'll be smelling things all around the neighborhood again by the time the new week starts.

Some things are just too important to skip out on for long!
