340 foot long Oyster Po-Boy
will be created tomorrow on Bourbon Street with several restaurants contributing to the concoction which will have more than 5,000 Fried "Ersters" included. The royal cutting will take place at 1:00 PM saturday afternoon and will be given away free to the public. And on Sunday there will be three Easter Parades meandering through the quarter.

6. There is something
always going on in the Quarter. Our next trip will be 12 April to the French Quarter Festival, a poor man's Jazz Fest if you will.
