7. It really depends on the physique of the person...

and which cut of meat are we talking about? Someone wiry, an althlete or some such, would need to be stewed. Someone with a little higher fat content, a little more tender -- well, they could be cut up into steaks.

Also, I'd much rather eat a vegetarian. Think about it: cows = yummy; coyotes = not so yummy. Herbivores taste better.
