1. Yes and no
Got on jeans - it's casual Friday at work after all. But no sneakers. Black leather half-boots with laces up the back and big chunky heels.

I have to say they are just about the spiffiest pair of shoes I've ever owned. They'd be in first place if it wasn't for the Mary Jane's with the 3.5 inch heels. :-)

I'm a girl. I LOVE shoes. :-)

...and a pair of Reboks that are starting to yellow (where did I put that "Nurse Shoe Sauce"?)

But I wear that kind of thing everyday. I sure hope they don't think they're getting Brooks Bros. and Bass Kilties for only 38 kilobucks....

33. yes, I am
even though I am at work today. I am a well-respected member of the community and work in a school district as their PR person.
On the other hand, they know I march to the beat of a different drum and don't bat an eye when I come in looking like this. (Usually on Fridays).

Sneakers are some cheapies I got at DSW. Sweatshirt is from my T'ai Chi class.
While I am a PR type, it is for a SMALL school in upstate NY and I don't make a lot of moolah.

So there! :P

I'm pretty much the only person left in my office (the research center I'm affiliated with just opened a new building, but I still need to be on campus, so still have my "office at the old building), so it really doesn't matter what I wear...actually, jeans and sneakers are "dressed up" for archaeologists! :-)

Jeans don't have enough scooch room for me, I need the comfort, and it's way too cold for sneakers here with about a foot of snow still on the ground.
About the only time I wear jeans now is when I know I'm going to get filthy dirty.
