the French. They've raised the bar on cooking to a level few, if any, can surpass. I'm a great lover of sauces, and nobody does sauces better than the French.

I like them all, but if I have to choose one, it's French. And it's not just the sauces.

IMHO there ought to be options for French regions, just "French" is a bit too general.
