Does DU Grovelbot support inter-bot marriages between other bot forms?

Does DU Grovelbot support preemptive strikes against other bot colonies?

Does DU Grovelbot support outsourcing DU work to other bot nations or does he hire the work done by other DU Grovebots?

I must have answers to these issues before I can cast my vote. If I'm not satisfied I may have to consider 3rd Party bots.
