1. I haven't watched it in years
but somebody recently told me I looked like one of the contestants. Bo something? I dunno.

3. Yeah... other than the long hair I don't really look like him.
I think she was trying to flirt with me. :P

4. I like American Idol
the way I like bad lounge singers.

That is --not very much. :boring:

5. I Tivo the show, and usually end up fast forwarding through the
singing to get to the comments from Randy, Paula, and Simon.

I like watching the women -- I don't care about the men on the show.

6. I watch mostly to see how much affect Vote for the Worst has. (Not that I applaud
their efforts. Sour grapes city, there.)

8. It was a good show in Season 2 (the season with
Ruben Studdard, Clay Aiken, Kimberly Locke, etc.) The show was still new and fresh and fun and it had a freewheeling, live, spontaneous atmosphere to it. Ever since then it's gone downhill very slowly (except for a big drop when Carrie Underwood won) and now it's just another reality show. It's very canned now and overly serious. The only good parts now are the very early episodes of each season (showing all the goofy oddball characters that tried out) and the very last episode in May, which has a lot of guest stars and surprises. The episodes in between are boring. By the way, that glorious Season 2 is now being shown in reruns on "American Idol Rewind."
