as opposed to ice skating - there is a difference

4. I enjoy both, but I don't go out of my way as much as I used to to watch them. I think it's because
I now have so much more access to dance and cheerleading shows to fill my choreography needs. :)

Britain that was so good. I forgot the names. I think they won in the 80's. (Olympics).

Ice dancing is different from Ice Pairs
In Ice dancing they cannot leave touching each other for more than 1 second.

In Ice pairs they can do all their moves apart - like triple Lutzes or whatever they are called.

Ice dancing is based mainly on presentation - hence the perfect 6's

They can't rig that.

In the singles it's rigged politically.

13. Of the four disciplines, it's my least favorite, but I still watch it.
I really like Belbin and Agosto. I loved Shae-Lynn Bourne and Victor Kraatz (sp?), too, but they have retired. I saw Shae-Lynn performing alone on a recent TV special.

Torvil and Dean were the greatest, IMO.
