Why I am awesome! A salute to myself.
So I get home an hour ago from a tough day. I just grabbed beers 5-7 of the Highlife. About 15 minutes ago, I dug around a box of my possessions and took out an unlabeled cassette, thinking that it might be some Star Trek that I taped back when I had cable and they ran marathons. I popped in the cassette and saw some "It's always sunny in Philadelphia", which only made me wonder how far back the tape went with that, because that show rules. I hit rewind and then played a little bit of Law and Order, wondering "why would I have taped that?". I rewound to the beginning and discovered that the first thing on the cassette is MISS TEEN USA 2006, which I taped because I had stuff to do when it aired. What a great way to end a hard day! Thanks JVS of 2006!

And who are these endorsers of whom you speak? The only endorsement I needed was the sticker that said $5.99

9. Oh for fuck's sake
The dB's were one of the greatest power pop bands of all-time. Back in 1985 they traded free studio time for giving Miller permission to shoot a print ad at one of their recording sessions.

The Del Fuegos were a kick-ass Boston band, until they lost all their indie credibility by appearing in this ad:

10. Wow. That ad was worthy of Krusty!
I remember the "made the American way" slogan I was part of a group of kids at a pool party one time back then where there was a bocce court and we (because the adults were at the other end of the place) decided to stop playing bocce and instead just heave the balls at each other from a range of 4 or 5 feet. The whole time we shouted "Bocce is played the American way!"

13. Krusty? No actual network would turn a beer pitchman into a children's TV star
Oh wait.

(Same guy that appears in the Miller spot. Really)
