So, I have a big interview today;
On Monday the assistant editor of the biggest daily in Western Canada called me and asked if I wanted to meet with her. I don't know what they're offering me. And I don't know if I want to work for them. They're kinda USA-todayish. Whereas right now I work for a reputable broadcaster and write for a very reputable newspaper. As well I work for an Alt weekly doing their news and get to do whatever I want.
Plus, all those three together means I make a hell of a lot of money. If I took the other gig it'd be a pay cut, BUT, it would also be cracking the daily market, which is tough to do. So it's resume padding.

I can't figure this out.

Plus, the really GOOD paper I freelance for is recruiting me, but it's hard to tell how long or if that will pay off. Thoughts?

2. My dear HEyHEY...
Ah, good luck with all of this...

It does rather seem as though you either have no good choices, or else too damn many!

Go to the interview and see where they lead you...

I really have no idea on how you should handle this...

:hi:

4. He he he so, at the interview
I was being interviewed by the Editor and Publisher. The publisher says, "If I gave you control of this paper for one day, what would you do first?"

My response? "I'd can you two."
They just looked at me blankly, then I said, "I'm kidding, I'm kidding."
