You've probably seen this before, but it's my favorite pic, and the only one I have on-line (took lots of snapshots, especially after my friend in rescue suggested that I use a red background, so you could see my beautiful black kitty). I have numerous pix of her on, in front of and under that red chair, LOL.:D

This is Rhiannon, the most remarkable cat I will ever know. I adopted her and her "sister," Angela, when my uncle died and his unpleasant wife was just going to drop his pets off at some shelter. I wasn't very well, back in 2000, but I couldn't abandon my uncle's beloved kitties. I had met Angela, who was pretty reclusive, but Rhiannon was a complete surprise. She was a unique personality, practically human, and so very pretty. I lost her at age seven, after fighting with everything I had to save her. When I met her, I knew that she was the perfect cat and young enough that I planned to have her for 20 years...;(

Once he starts eating, he won't stop until you take the food away (and since he's not my cat, I'm not supposed to be feeding him, anyway), and for the past year he's had the weird habit of pulling out the hair on his hind quarters when he grooms himself. Honestly, I thought Sidney was the ugliest puppy I ever saw. She was abused and abandoned, so we took her in. She's a sweetheart and has grown into a beauty. We don't know for sure, but our dog breeds book has a pic of a Plott hound that looks exactly like her. The description matches and we're in the right area. So that's what we call her.

Brindles are growing on me. We have another one who is probably part Catahoula Leopard and probably part Heeler, also abandoned just before we found Sidney. This is Sam. :loveya:
