I don't fly well, and this video is the sum of my irrational fears. These guys had a pilot that earned every single career paycheck and his retirement on this landing attempt. They landed safely on the next try.

1. You know what just bugs the crap out of me?
Other passengers who blab through the flight attendant's safety instructions and who don't even bother to peruse the written safety materials in the seat pocket. :grr:

2. Pfft. During the safty instructions..
I'm planning on how to claw my way past my fellow passengers to the nearest exit.

3. That's it!!!! You will not be allowed to sit next to me next time I have to fly to Geneva
(a flight that somehow always makes me extremely nervous -- probably because it involves flying over the Alps in a small plane.) :scared:

6. Looks like they were used as...
urine and feces absorption modules instead!

You want to see some real butt-puckering stuff, check out landing at the Hong Kong airport...

7. I have a former AA pilot
who works with me who says that pilot should be grounded for even attempting to land that sucker on that runway. He should have asked for am alternate. BTW, he did land it on an alternate on the second (successful) attempt.
