After the storm

We just had HUGE thunderstorms roll though. After I could finally pry a tremulous dog off of me, I ran out to take pictures in the backyard just as the sun began peeking through. The photo doesn't do the light justice -- it was amazing!



And about 5 minutes later I ran out to the front yard and this is what met me. Damn I love where I live (it's in the mountains in case you can't see though the dark) -- that's my neighbor's barn on the right in the top photo.
