3. How does it end?
Edited on Mon Mar-03-08 12:47 PM by soleft
I think I watched up until the part where the two women find a dead woman in one of the women's old apartments? Or maybe I watched it up until the part DS1 talks about. Does anything bad happen to Naomi Watts?

4. You have to watch it for yourself.
Seriously, you are doing yourself a disservice by asking for spoilers.

9. DS1, how does it end?
And don't tell me they go to Canada and sell used cars.

12. I don't quite remember
but I think it was a typical 'it was all a dream sequence' cop-out, and she was dead all along.

13. I'm not DS1, but it's not something I feel comfortable spoiling.

It's the type of film you have to watch for yourself then figure out what the hell is going on after many ore subsequent viewings. It's very far from being a straightforward narrative, especially beyond that point.

6. Betty and the director move back to Canada
The director starts selling used cars, and they have about 10 kids. Rita becomes a nun.

14. Is Hugh Grant in it?
If not, then it qualifies at least as a great film.

17. If you haven't seen it, it teaches one of life's great lessons...
If you're having a bad dream and in this dream you're sitting in a restaurant with a friend and you tell your companion that you dreamed about this restaurant and that there was something terryfying behind the dumpster...

DON'T GO LOOK BEHIND THE DUMPSTER!!!

Wake up immediately and up your dose of vallium!

18. This film sums up Hollywood BUT EXACTLY...
...I lived there for 15 years. I embraced the devil. The devil returned the favor. This movie, plus Bruce Wagner's novels-- that's pretty much what it's like.

Put it this way: I had to move to NYC to get sane.

20. MD is Lynch's greatest film.
LOST HIGHWAY was his dress rehearsal, and INLAND EMPIRE was his wind down. But MD was his masterpiece.
