Bush*, on the other hand, is a prevaricating, pusillanimous quisling, and yes, you may quote me on that.

Edit: I just googled (well, yahoo!ed) it. I won't give your secret away, BUT I will point out that the phrase doesn't make any sense; it is a non sequitur.
