1. Got any pics?
We've not had any snow this year, so a pic would be nice to see what we've missed.

12. That sounds about right
We've got it bad in the Twin Cities, but they've got it a lot worse south of here and in southern WI.

But spring is right around the corner. And then another summer, and the GOP National Convention. Finally, good protesting weather!

:pals:

4. If it's any consolation ...
the non-lake-effect variety of snow also sucks. And I'm tired of shoveling.

:thumbs down:

14. Same here...
We got one little flurry shortly after Christmas.

Some people just don't know how good they've got it. It's supposed to be snowing in winter.

If global warming takes effect, how many of these people will be weeping because they've forgotten what snow was like?

6. I would switch weather with you ANY DAY.
I live on the southeast coast of SC, and I hate hot weather. Go figure. I hate summer. Hate the heat. HATE IT!

I love winter, as much as we get winter here, anyway. Today the high is 50-something, tonight will be in the low 30s or upper 20s.

But the summers are damn hot. It's just awful.

I have lived in the north, so I do know what northern winters are like and, yes, I'd take them any day.

That said, here's hoping you make the best of the snow situation.

10. snow bands rolling off Lake Michigan.
I don't get it that bad where I live, near the IL border. Just driving to and from work, I hit it sometimes. Sunny one second...can't even see the road the next. Then, 5 miles later, sunny. Insanity.

18. We've had lots of 4-5" drive-time snowstorms this year
But tomorrow I'll be in Miami. Ahh......

And the snow is good for the plants and the lake levels. But, yes, it gets old.
