1. Is that the Greek yogurt? I think that's the one that became available at our
farm market and now Stop and Shop has it.

Trader Joe's 0% Fat Greek Style is THE BOMB. I can eat a pint container at a sitting, no problem.

8. I have it every day for breakfast with berries, walnuts, flax meal and agave nectar.
YUM! I never get tired of it. The Fage full fat yogurt with the honey is FANTASTIC, but the calories are too much. The non-fat Fage is good but I think TJ's nonfat is even better.

36. I'm telling you, it feels like the most decadent treat in the world and it's actually
incredibly good for you, chock full of super foods. My coworkers always get jealous when they walk into my cube and see my breakfast. My favorite is in the summer when all kinds of berries are plentiful, but even now Costco will carry nice blueberries and blackberries.

only I would ever shop in one I might discover cool stuff like this. LOL

22. It is yoghurt with some of the water removed so it is really thick and creamy.
Very good and can be used in place of sour cream but about half the calories.

11. I think this is one for the unfortunate name thread...
phage noun a virus that is parasitic (reproduces itself) in bacteria; "phage uses the bacterium's machinery and energy to produce more phage until the bacterium is destroyed and phage is released to invade surrounding bacteria" WordNet® 3.0, © 2006 by Princeton University.

24. Well yoghurt does have lactobacillus bacteria in it. Of course bacterioPHAGE would be a virus.
Not the same thing at all but probably would not hurt you either.
