I used that quote as a sig about a year ago, along wiht a picture of Groucho. But when DU was having servo overload problems, they disabled our sigs for a while and I stored that quote for future use.

When Skinner gave us the Groucho avatar, I decided it was time ti bring that quote back.

I don't think I've ever seen a Marx Bros. movie in it's entirety. Which one is the funniest? Duck Soup? Night at the Opera? Another?

"Duck Soup" is brilliant. It flopped in its time, because it had no musical numbers, and the political satire was more than the audience bargained for. Now it stands up as priceless and timeless.

"A Night At The Opera" is my second favorite, just for the stateroom scene, and the 'Sanity Clause' exchange between Groucho and Chico.

I loved Harpo too. Read "Harpo Speaks" if you ever get a chance. :-)
