What Was/Is Your Favorite Little Debbie Cake?

Oh God, here's mine!

The tragic thing is I can't get them over here, so I crave them endlessly! Yes, I know how horrible that is.

3. Is that to scale?
There's no way that such a small child could make giant cake rolls on an industrial scale.

Edited on Tue Feb-26-08 07:11 AM by Connonym
but in the general world of "snack cakes" nothing is superior to a raspberry coconut Zinger. I think those are Dolly Madison.

34. I don't think there's any junk food that isn't make more enjoyable by picking apart
and eating the different bits in layers -- oreos, always cream first; snicker bars, the delightful peanut butter nougat chewed delicately off the bottom before enjoying the caramel and peanut layer on its own, and so forth. This is why adults are often loathe to be seen eating with me in public.

44. I love those, too
I can remember asking my mom if we could buy a box whenever I was about seven years old. I had never had them and had no idea what they tasted like, but remember being highly intrigued by the black "night sky" box that they used to come in.

Those would probably be my favorites, but Hostess Cupcakes are up there, too, as are Snowballs (I think those may be Hostess, too).

29. Me too me too!
It was a Very Good Day when mom put one of those in my lunchbox.

I bought one about 10 years ago and nearly fainted at the fat and calories in one of those things. That was the last time I indulged...being a grownup sucks... :(

41. What do you mean, were?
Little Debbie Fudge Brownies are still awesome and it's killing my waistline. I've had several boxes the past few weeks, while stuck in Miami due to a family concern. Twice I bought a box and dominated all 6 brownies consecutively.

It busts me up when they call it 12 brownies. What, carve a little line down the center and that's supposed to be 2 portions instead of 1? Yeah, for a snail.

My favorite is to stick them in the frig and chill the nutty treats.

I remember bragging about Little Debbie Fudge Brownies to my USC roommates when I enrolled in 1980. They laughed like hell. I don't think the major California supermarkets carried Little Debbie at that point and the name sounded ridiculous to them. I brought back several boxes after spring break. They never made fun of it again. :)

25. I like the 5 lb bagged granola that
you can only get at the company outlet store in Gentry near their factory. I'm sure it is leftover from making granola bars. But it isn't icky sweet like some granolas. Not even as sweet as their own granola bars.
