what's for dinner?
I took some pork chops and breaded them w/ a mixture of bread crumbs and onion (soup) recipe mix, and I put them in the oven.

Then I made Carolina yellow rice and added some veggies to it: onions, mushrooms, red pepper, sugar snap peas.

Oh, and buttered beets.

1. soup and some toasted french bread
I used to cook some good dinners, back when I had a kitchen with more than 3 sq feet of counter space. Until then, it's the easy shit. Over and over again.
