Heard on NPR this morning about * military service cover-up

I heard on NPR this morning that a senior ranking officer in the Texas Air National Guard was asked to discard documents about GWB that could be embarrassing. I didn't get enough details or names. Does anybody have a link to a print version of this story?

Am trying to remember the Guard officer who refused to tidy up the records for shrub* and ended up being treated rather badly. He was relieved of his post and replaced by a chap more willing to comply with record scrubbing and spin... am old memory fails.
