What the hell is with the bathtubs in the middle of fields in TV ads?

Has anyone here ever used a bathtub in the middle of a field? I'm talking a porcelian tub, not the wooden kind in Westerns.

There's a boner pill ad (I think Cialis) where a couple is shown in side by side porcelian tubs. In a flower-strewn field.
