Could this have protected us from Janet's boob and all the ugly manbutt we've seen on NYPD Blue?

My roommates and I proposed a ratings system for NYPD Blue a couple of years ago...much like the V for violence and SC for strong sexual content, we proposed DFA for "Dennis Franz's Ass," to let the good people of America keep their dinner down.
