Flour (or corn) shells (I prefer to use the small flour shells) Onion-- diced 1/2 stick of butter 2 large cans cream of mushroom soup 2 large cans cream of chicken soup large container of sour cream 2 cans diced green chilis 6 boneless chicken breast Cheese Mozz and Cheddar
Boil chicken and tear into small pieces
Saute Onion in butter
Mix soup, sour cream, chilis and onion. Put a small amount to the side to spread over top of the shells. Add chicken to the remaining mix.
