What's a good ringtone now?

I just got a new phone and I'm looking for new ringtones. It plays real music ringtones though, so I'm looking for something cool.

I've got:

Call Me (so obvious. :rofl: )

I Dream of Jeannie theme song. ;-)


What do you use/like?

1. i use one of the less irritating ones that came with the phone.

most times i just leave it on silent and periodically retrieve voicemail. helps keep me organized.

2. I have a hack that can turn any MP3 into a ringtone

Everyone has their own... but my default is "Gin n Juice" as interpreted by The Gourds.

Here are a few:
My BFF is "You Sexy Thing"
Sis is "Dancing Queen"
Boss is "War Pigs"
Aunt is "Karma Chameleon"
Son is "Ice Ice Baby"

And alarm is "Crazy Train"

but I do seriously hate and despise musical ring tones in public.

granted, I think that anyone who doesn't use vibrate in public is a useless boor; but the musical ones are far more offensive,

10. I've Got The Whole Intro Of 'Take The Long Way Home' By Supertramp As Mine.

I downloaded software that lets ya load any mp3 onto the phone, as well as an mp3 splitter to capture only the part that ya want. I picked that one cause I love the harmonica and richness of it, but wasn't sure if I'd like it after a bit. But I've still got it, and every time my phone rings I love it!

So my advice would be to figure out how to get an MP3 splitter and how to get any clip on your phone, and then pick whatever means the most to ya!

(for the record, I found all the prepackaged or downloadable ringtones to be cheesy as hell)

FYI - iTunes will make ringtones, but only on songs you buy from the iTunes store, and hardly any of mine are bought. Most I ripped from my CDs.
