Bushco and "Third Rock"--anyone else see similarities?
I've been listening to the Bushies try to pretend that they have human emotions like compassion and concern and watching them (especially Rumsfeld) trying to make human expressions; and, seriously, they only remind me of the characters in the sitcom "Third Rock" trying to fit in as humans.

I cannot recall one instance that reveals true humanity in the people running our country, other than animalistic instincts like anger or bloodthirstiness.

This may seem crazy, but I can't get the thought out of my mind that they might actually NOT be human and I've even seen some Yahoo posters having the same thoughts.

In light of Rumsfeld's statement yesterday that it's just human nature for someone to set off a bomb that blows up 50 people, I need some DUers to tell me to stop thinking the Bushies aren't human... I need someone to tell me that Michael Powell has a soul...

Thanks.

5. well, since there is no such thing as _a_ "soul" . . .
I can't help you with Powell.

But I can assure you unequivocally that Michael Powell has no "soul."
