What are you having for lunch?
mother hubbard's lunch over here. replay of breakfast: wheat toast with cherry preserves and tea. maybe leftover rice-a-roni. dessert? more tea (with double sugar).

4. Wings and Fries ...
Wednesday is Wing Day in the cafeteria at work. They use crappy wing sauce (Country Sweet), so I usually just get the plain ones. I'd rather have no sauce than inferior sauce.

Cheers
Drifter

11. I like your idea
but I am fighting the aftermath of a 3rd heart attack and heart catharazation of last summer. Have hardening of the arteries affecting the aorta. My wife and cardiologist tell me what I can and can't eat. They want my weight down below 195. Haven't been there since 1954.

15. A NAP!!!
I was up until 4:20 a.m. painting five bookcases. I know, I know, but at least they're finished!

I may also indulge in a turkey BLT on wheat toast and some fresh chicken noodle soup. (Inserting growling sounds of stomach here)

But since I'm on the West Coast, it's all still an 1 1/2 hours away...
