My mom just called me to tell me my Great aunt died.
She was in her 90s, but I am still very sad.
I've been really down lately & this news just makes it worse.
I desperately need something great to happen to cheer me up.

8. Sincerest sympathy on your loss....
What a wonderful thing to live to such an advanced age with a family who obviously loved you.

I was very close to one of my Great-Uncles who lived to be 95. I remember the priest at his funeral saying "I thing Steve would forgive me for not giving a 95-year detailed biography. We'll just hit the highlights." I had to supress a chuckle thinking about how my uncle one said: Make sure that priest doesn't drag my eulogy on too long. You know how he loves the sound of his own voice." Now, i still have the little things that remind me of him: Cubs baseball, the smell of a really pungent cigar, warm beer, and red maple trees.

Treasure the memories your aunt left you with. A little piece of her will always go with you.

Again, my most sincere sympathy.

The best thing to cheer yourself up is have a good cry and remember all the wonderful things about her.
