I will be the prouud owner of a brand new iBook G4 in the next month or so :bounce: The only choice left is to go with the 12 inch or 14 inch model--depending on how I get a betetr sense of the monitor size (i wear glasses, soI don't want the letters to be TOO small). I'll add Airport Extreme around April and one of those good laptop carry bags. Or an iPod mini, either the silver or blue colored one :)

Because my gf uses MSN messenger, she wants to be able to use the video and audio for chatting with her family. So for that..I'll get Virtual PC with the Windows XP Home version. I won't need it for games--that's why I have my Xbox--mainly for the audio/video chat, perhaps Word, and the Windows media :puke:

This would be a much better solution than throwing down $1800 for a Media Center PC, especially with me planning to live in Japan or China this fall. Even the new Gateway model--the one you can stack like your av components--wuld be a bear to carry with me. an Ibook G4 running Panther and XP..sounds sweet! :D
