computer wizards, i need help

i have this music video saved to disk, i want to get a still pic off of it, is there any way i can pause the video and save the image and/or print the image or the screen or something? im pressing the print screen button on the keyboard but nothing is happening. whats wrong? lol

2. You could try ALT-Printscreen

edit... And then paste to whatever program you want the pic in.. Alt-Printscreen gets you the active window in the clipboard, Ctrl-Prontscreen gets the whole screen, IIRC...

SnagIt 6.3 lets you take screen captures of whatever is on your monitor, including paused videos.

I'd want to post it for just a day, long enough for you to download. Email me with your DU user name, and I'll reply with the link.

7. Virtual Dub (hey, it's free)
Try Virtual Dub, free and should (there are modified versions for other Video Containers) do the job.

Load your File and then Video -> copy frame to clipboard
