Couldn't find it at Snopes though. Just ask yourself, why in the world wouldn't Clinton have wanted him arrested?

3. If I recall correctly...
Clinton wanted *more* intelligence-gathering done on Al-Qaeda and the bin Laden family, and certain Republicans did not want to fund it for some reason*.
