Enough with the damn nightmares! ENOUGH!
I don't remember the last time I had a good dream.

Every time I go to sleep it's either pure nothingness -- zero, zip, zilch, nada, blank blackness that could give outer space a run for its money -- or screaming nightmares until I snap awake gasping. I'm going to be a jittery wreck today from lack of sleep.

I was in a great mood before I went to sleep last night, dammit! Couldn't a little of that carry over into unconsciousness?

1. Oh man, I am going through the SAME thing right now.
I'm having screaming nightmares where I wake up gasping for breath several times a night for the past week. I am soooooooooo tired..... :boring:

2. A homeopathic cure for this is
Bedtime sprinkles, and I have heard it really works. Its a bit expensive, though. Also, you can try Rescue Remedy right before bed, it is cheaper.

3. Bedtime...sprinkles?
I'm gonna need more details. (Like, say, what's in the stuff. Or what's in "Rescue Remedy," for that matter.)

4. Rescue Remedy is a Bach Flowers combination
which is somewhat homeopathic, but not in the purest sense of the word.

Here is a website about it, but it can be picked up at almost any health food store. I use it for myself, my pets during a bad storm or times of stress and even on my plants after transplanting. It is helpful to take before bed to calm your mind and can be really helpful with bad dreams

Now I have never taken bedtime sprinkles myself, but I know several people who have. It is homeopathic and completely safe, and even though it is really marketed for children's bad dreams the adults I know who have taken it say it really works.

5. I had one a couple of nights ago....
and that's so rare for me. Must be all of the turmoil in my life right now festering in my subconscious.
