SO BRING YOUR FUCKIN' DOG IN ALREADY!

The lady across the street leaves her dog out all day. And he barks every five seconds from sun up to sun down! Talk about getting on your nerves. What's with dog owners anyway? Don't they hear their dogs barking, or what?

1. I can hear when my dog's barking

He only gets let out unsupervised (tied-up) to go to the bathroom. If he barks, he comes right in. The longest he ever is left out there barking is a couple minutes, in case I can't get outside right away.

The barking annoys the hell out of me, so I'm not going to subject my neighbors to it, even if they tie up their yappy little dog on their tiny front porch constantly.

It's irresponsible to leave them alone and barking all day. The dog's just barking because he's bored and lonely. I feel bad for him.
