Advice needed - I have to go to the market this weekend

I have to get assorted groceries and other necessities for next week. I'm thinking I'm actually better-off in terms of avoiding the worse of the superbowl party shoping crowds by going tomorrow. Most of those people will be done by then or am I kidding myself and there will actually be more superbowl party shoppers on Sunday?

What do you all think?

1. Go late at night.

That's one of the things I miss terribly about the US: stores open 24 hours. :hug:

2. What time would go on Sunday?

If you do your shopping while the game is going on, the store will be close to empty. If you go up to an hour before the game, it will be at least as busy as usual. That's my best guess.

If you want to avoid the crowds, go after it starts locally.
